Are these figures official?
No. They are estimates for planning, worked out from the details you enter. Your bank or society’s own statement is always final, so please confirm with them before acting on a figure.
Is what I enter stored anywhere?
Only on your own device. Each calculator remembers your entries in this browser so they are there next time. There is no sign-up, and you can clear them at any time from the calculator.
Why is my payoff date different from the loan portal?
The portal shows today’s position. These calculators project every remaining month — including any EMI increase or prepayment you add — to show when the loan actually ends and what it costs in total. Read why I built them.
